For us, social entrepreneurship isn't about growth for its own sake. It's about building something sustainable that delivers measurable improvements: better day-to-day experiences and outcomes for parents, meaningful work opportunities for providers, and more equitable access for communities.
What we see too often are highly trained providers who are ready and willing to help, but blocked by outdated systems, licensing hurdles, and inefficient processes. Parents, meanwhile, are left searching for answers in the absence of reliable support. That disconnect is what we're here to fix — by designing practical, tech-enabled ways to bring families and providers together.

When we kicked off development of NovoKind early this year, my small, brilliant and passionate team took turns sharing our "why". Why are each of us so invested in this mission and vision? That has created a tradition. We take time on every meeting to remind each other our our "why", what started off as individual conviction has grown into a whole team conviction.
NovoKind was born out of personal experience, family history, passion, and a career dedicated to building products in health and wellness. As a mom of four in a non-traditional, blended family, I wanted to create a platform that fosters community, engagement, and whole-person support.

Even though my youngest is now eighteen, I still remember how isolating those early weeks after birth can feel. Parents are often bombarded with well-intentioned advice—and today, social media extends that noise far beyond your immediate circle. Sometimes it helps, but often it overwhelms, misguides, or even causes harm.
NovoKind is designed to fill these gaps—bringing timely, evidence-based, compassionate care to parents when and where they need it most.
